What to Expect Your First Visit

Once you have scheduled your appointment with us, you will receive a confirmation via e-mail or text. Once you confirm, you will receive a link to your patient forms. If you can fill those out before your visit, that assists us in being able to have all your insurance information available when you arrive. If you are unable to fill out our patient forms, we can assist you with those forms when you arrive. You may want to arrive 10 minutes early to complete the forms.

Once you come into our beautiful office, you will see a smiling face greeting you. Help yourself to coffee or tea at our beverage station. Some patients are nervous about drinking coffee before an appointment, but we don’t mind at all! Enjoy our soaring ceilings and soothing décor.

Just when you think you’ve seen the most breathtaking part of our office, your experienced Hygienist will walk you back to your room. Prepared to be wowed by the soaring vistas outside your window. All our patients love our rooms that overlook Birmingham! You will be telling all your friends about it.

This first visit is so important for us to evaluate your health. If diagnostic images are needed, we will take those and upload them into our state of the art electronic health record system for the doctor to review. Your hygienist will go over your health and dental history. If you have any anxiety about your dentist experience or bad past experiences, let us know! We love to change people’s opinions about dentistry by giving you a high clinical quality combined with our caring approach. As part of your exam, we will conduct a oral cancer health screening and inspect hard and soft tissue.
